John Chiappetta was a partner in a CPA firm. The firm operated 2 offices and had a concentration of clients in all facets of the real estate industry including mortgage banking. In 2003, both partners decided to sell the accounting practice and start to represent clients as mortgage brokers. In 2009, Mr. Chiappetta founded Landmark Realty Capital, a non-traditional commercial real estate lender.
Landmark Realty Capital also offers traditional commercial real estate financing. We have the ability to assist you in all phases of the capital structure including debt, mezzanine and equity. We work directly with clients, as well as, help brokers obtain financing for their clients. We provide these services on a regional and national basis.
