Our sources for real estate capital include local, regional, national and foreign banks, government agencies, insurance companies, hedge funds and pension funds. We can arrange for the stability of long-term fixed rates or the flexibility of floating rates for clients that have a short-term financing horizon. We can also assist in the other components of a project's capital structure including mezzanine funding, preferred equity and equity. We understand the complexities that are involved when more than one capital provider is involved. Our goal is to help coordinate the different components in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
